Overview/Description:

Restoring elective surgery caseload is one of OR leadership’s top post-pandemic priorities, and effectively addressing the backlog requires careful planning and execution.

Based on discussions with iQueue customers and other OR perioperative leaders across the country, LeanTaaS has developed a set of tools and step-by-step approaches to identify the backlog, manage block versus open time, open more capacity to add on cases, and accommodate the pent-up volume given each hospital’s available resources - rooms, staffing, locations and more.

In this recorded webinar on demand, learn:

  • Tools to estimate surgery backlog and how long it will take an institution to fully address it
  • Tools to create more open time in ORs, ASCs, and procedure rooms/endoscopy suites; give clinics easy access
  • Recommended action plans over the next few weeks and months

Join LeanTaaS Senior Director of Client Services Ashley Walsh and Director of Product Management Zetong Li for “Restoring Your Elective Surgery Caseload Post COVID-19”. In this session, Ashley and Zetong discuss and demonstrate:
