Recruiting qualified surgeons takes more ingenuity than ever before. While signing bonuses represent the traditional ‘gold standard’ of negotiating new surgeon contracts, what an accomplished candidate really wants is guaranteed block time. However, promising a finite block schedule to individual surgeon's is both flawed and mathematically improbable.

In this on-demand webinar, LeanTaas Sr. Director of Client Services, Ashley Walsh and guest speaker Michelle Ballou, MBA, MS, RN, CPAN, Director of Patient Services, OR Administration at University of Colorado Health will dive into:

  • Why you should never promise block time to incoming surgeons
  • How management of ‘Open Time’ and ‘Collectable Time’ are the most practical recruitment incentives for top-tier surgeon
  • How predictive and prescriptive analytics may be able to help with your surgeon attrition rates and recruitment efforts

Join us to discover how iQueue for Operating Rooms will enhance your recruitment efforts without promising block time.
